A visual representation of “smoke breaks”, or “breathers”, I had in a day to distance myself from stress factors. The data was collected for 7 weeks: October 16th–December 3rd, 2021. The data was graphically visualized in resemblance of calendars and the object itself was crafted to be reminiscent of cigarette boxes.
Each color represents a different stress factor:
yellow–tired, red–overwhelmed, blue–depressed.
The numbers represent the dates; “|”, a cigarette smoked to its filter; and “:”, half a cigarette.
